|Recommended: NoGreat Prices, Great Idea no follow through — Where do I begin..there was no inspection done before I moved in, from purple lights inside of light fixtures, to lights fully missing from the light fixtures or blown out, to a toilet that doesn’t flush properly, shower drain that doesn’t drain, seems like there’s only one maintenance guy servicing the entire property, not properly lain floorboards, constant ants getting in bc floors and walls aren’t properly sealed in. Broken windows and blinds, broken closet doors, dust filled AC and air vents also the air does not circulate through the entire home. All this and I’ve only been moved in for less than a month….on top of that leasing office was great to start but hasn’t responded since I asked if there were carbon monoxide alarms inside the apartment yet this thing keeps asking me for a review so here it is.

|Recommended: YesProximity to UD — It's a 10 Minute walk to UD, Most of your Neighbours will be International Students, The walk To and From The University is Always Safe and Pleasant, Since only students Live here, you Feel safe whenever day or night. The rent is Relatively Cheap.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I absolutely recommended the Echelon apartments for anyone its great for students and families. I have custody of my niece we have lived her for 6 month now. The college students are so nice and friendly. Highly recommend checking these apartments out.
